Sally A. Edwards is an internationally renowned editor, writer, designer, art director, producer, stylist and director. Her expertise is in creativity, music, contemporary art and film.

She co-created BLAG with her twin sister Sarah J. Edwards, while studying Graphic Design and Art at Lincolnshire College of Art and Design.

She works on BLAG as an editor, writer, design and art director, stylist, producer and director.

Sally is influential in finding, championing, interviewing and styling many of contemporary pop culture’s most successful and influential musicians, actors, artists and creators of all time. She has over two decades of experience, is highly regarded for authentic design and presentation of featured talents. Moreover, for her unique, intelligent and humorous interview style — which involves discovering the reality at the heart of creativity via humour and honesty.

Prior, Sally studied Typography at London School of Art and went on to become one of the music industry’s youngest and most successful television pluggers. She was instrumental in At The Drive-Ins — still infamous — Later With Jools performance at the BBC Television Studios in London. She represented Beastie Boy’s entire Grand Royale repertoire, Elastica and The Verve amongst others.

As a model Sally is best known for appearing on the cover of Placebo’s iconic album ‘Without You I’m Nothing’ alongside her twin, Sarah, aswell as fashion stories and profiles in GQ Japan, Vogue, Germany and Dazed magazines.

With Sarah, Sally has DJ’d for Pharrell Williams, Nigo, Y3, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Foo Fighters and has written lengthy features about music and film for i-D, Nova, BBC, NME and Dutch magazine — including an extremely rare interview with actor and artist, Dennis Hopper.
